I received three letters from CIC. One for my spouse and 2 for me... One they sent on 26th august in which they are asking to send them IMM5669E AND IMM5406E again.sophieee said:Oh, great news!
are you sure your application isn't be processed as outland? this seems more in line with the outland process. in the sponsor eligibility letter, where did it say the applicant's application was being sent for processing?missworld13 said:Other 2 letters received on 2nd september stated that my spouse met requirements as a sponsor and I get a letters stated that I meet eligibility requirement. I want to know is this AIP???? if yes, how come I didnt get any AOR.
I also called CIC and they said my first stage has been approved now.
Please let me know whatever I received are AIP
what! this means your application was processed before people who submitted a year before you! Maybe they confused your application with an outland application, or maybe they confused the date they received it with 2013 instead of 2014...missworld13 said:I received three letters from CIC. Is this really an AIP... really really... may be they expedite my case cause I have some issues with CBSA. I have been out of work and health for 2 years now so may be they thought they shouldn't give me hard time anymore...lellen said:what! this means your application was processed before people who submitted a year before you! If not, then... congratulations, good for you!!! That's really lucky
No its not outland... they received my file on August 1st, 2014 and september 2nd I got AIP.rhcohen2014 said:are you sure your application isn't be processed as outland? this seems more in line with the outland process. in the sponsor eligibility letter, where did it say the applicant's application was being sent for processing?
That's typical of outland processing time. Note that you won't receive an Open Work Permit (OWP) with an Outland application and if you still have issues with CBSA there is no public policy against removing you from Canada.missworld13 said:No its not outland... they received my file on August 1st, 2014 and september 2nd I got AIP.
I didnt apply for OWP anyway.... with CBSA I am suppose to do monthly reporting until my case is finalized...computergeek said:That's typical of outland processing time. Monthly reporting to CBSA what kind of a process are you in?missworld13 said:I didnt apply for OWP anyway.... with CBSA I am suppose to do monthly reporting until my case is finalized...
I've seen people get expedited applications because of their problems with CBSA. So yay! good for you, you got AIP. That's going to help your CBSA case too. Which province do you live in? Maybe you should apply for an Open Work Permit, if your problems with CBSA don't stop you form being eligible.missworld13 said:Is this really an AIP... really really... may be they expedite my case cause I have some issues with CBSA. so am I eligible for health?????????
Oh thank you this is what I want to confirm if this is AIP... I am in Ontario... CBSA doesn't stop me for anything but I am not interested in getting work permit.. My spouse is good enough... I am more concern in having health coverage asap... I suppose i can apply for health coverarge nowlellen said:I've seen people get expedited applications because of their problems with CBSA.
