I need to know if cpc mississauga is working on july 2013 application right now so does that mean 2014 applications didnt get AIP so far...like no one?? ?
Also can somebody give me 2014 inland spread sheet or timeline link plzzzz

Sent it in around early Jan. 2014, it came back in late Feb. Sent it out again and was received in Miss. on March 6th then came back again July 11th. The first time it came back b/c we supposedly forgot a forum even tho we diligently followed the check list plus had to pay a new fee for OWP and another fee for extending his visitor status. Next time they said we needed to include updated IMM 0008 plus 5406 and 5669 for PR and dependants. When we checked the IMM 0008 there was a section missing off of our copy. My pdf reader must have cut it off for some reason. We are just about ready to send it back out again.

I hope this time it wont come back anymore for you.

They are still not done July 2013 AIPs & DMs and have not even started on August 2013 AIPs or DMs, so no, I would assume that there will not be any 2014 AIPs for quite a few months to come.

AIP? I havent event gotten my AOR yet! My application was received 3rd March 2014.

they are taking too long,, can't we find out whats the reason, I received an email for petition to sign but don't know what happen to that petition, If we all write letter to CIC to request to improve time,, will it somehow work
When they will receive over thousand applications, they will fasten their work.

hi everybody im new to this bbs......
just wanna share my story.. its kinda complicate
i applied the family sponsorship inland on Jan, 2013
and they got my application and start working on it on Feb 17th, 2013
and then i got my aip and dm at the same time on dec 21, 2013
and at that time that email says my case has been transfer to scarbrough office so they will contact me blah blah
and i got the landing interview letter on Jan 6th 2014 which i didnt expect that fast and they got me landing interview on feb 2th 2014, however me and my wife wasnt in the country so we asked our lawyer to reschudle the time for me.
and then things happen... we back to canada on feb 10th something 2013, and then were waiting for the second letter for the landing interview. and until march 1st 2013 i still didnt recieve any letter from cic but an email saying that i failed to show up the second interview which they set on feb 25th.. 2013. so my case has been closed. however i never got any letter from them since the first one then. so i wrote a letter to complain but got no reply.
i was so sad at that moment but still they ask me to reapply again. so i did all those steps again ( body check and pay for the fee etc) on this may 10th 2014
and what surprise me is i got the dm letter again this week which saying that my case completed the office in etocbicoke will contact me this time. again!! but no aip letter lol guess because they sent me already on last year dec 27th.so i called the cic call center and ask how would that happen thats the way so fast cuz i was expecting wait for another year lol.. and they told me they didnt start a new application for me actualy just reopen it. so yea.. my question is, do you guys know how long it would usually take until the etobicoke office contact me for the landing interview? thanks

After they first open your file, they check if you have every form and none of them is outdated, nothing is missing, etc, and if there is everything is alright, than you get AOR, if not, then they send back the whole package.
Or, if you get a super helpful agent, than even if something is not perfect, sometimes you can get an AOR and an email requesting some updates.

Yeah you only get AOR if your application was 100% complete...

I had 1 file which was out of date so they sent my whole application back to me in March after I sent it out in January... I re-sent the whole application back 1 week later and because of this my whole application lost nearly 4 months of processing, to this day I still don't have AOR...

We applied in August and I just rec'd my notes last week, 98% not started, and even a July 2013 applicant had mostly Not Started on their notes just recieved.

*sigh*

Seems they must be able to finish a whole file in a few days once they look at it....wish they would just LOOK AT THEM already!!! arrrgggg
