Ahhh okay, so im welcome in the 2013 thread then yay haha

Anyone have answers for the 30 days vs 3 months? Should I rather start looking at another place where I can do my medicals?

Yep find panel physician that is not busy even if you have to go to another nearest province.Seen some applicant doing medical exam and getting DM in a week.All the best

To the one controlling the spreadsheet I landed yesterday everything went good just a few basic questions, this forum has been of great help especially during those months that we all waited for jully applicants to receive AIP, thanks everyone.

Application received August 8 2013 landed April 1st 2015 out of ordinary application (no) total time 1 year 8 months if I have my math right to tired to think.

Just had landing interview at Montreal this morning for around 30 minutes of waiting to become a PR and then 90 minutes to get a SIN. 3 questions were asked like the other, the agents were so cool, I like them. The long journey is completed. Good luck for all applicants who are waiting for this day

For those of you waiting for PR card from Etobicoke, I just received mine today. I landed at that office onFebruary 19th!

Oh my goodness! We just got landing interview letter. We land on April 30th. But the weird thing is that we haven't got the DM email. Should I be concerned? (We are Sept 11 applicants)

Hi there everyone!

So I got my AIP today (Or I assume it is considering it says "It has been determined that you meet the eligibility requirements" and requesting a medical exam now)

I am confused by this though, and I saw people ask about this before but I can't find the answers now.
One document stated I have three months to respond, but the medical document states I have 30 days to respond... which one is accurate?

The medical center I was planning to go too cannot take me this month, so if it is 30 days, I will need to find another place.


Also.... not sure if I am a 2013 or 2014 applicant, considering I send my documents in December 2013, but it was stated as received in January 2014.

Congrats for the AIP! They need to receive the medicals and confirmation that you did them within 3 months, however they are asking you to actually *do* them within 30 days from the AIP date. Hope that helps!

I've read about a couple of cases lately were the applicant first received the landing letter then the DM, sometimes on the same day, sometimes a couple days later. Just one more "funny" thing from CIC, I guess.

Yes, I sent the certificate from the FBI about a month ago.

I hope so! We've always been nervous thinking we'd get the actual 'interview', where they question us on our relationship.

Hello, i am 18 november applicant and haven't heard from Cic yet. I didn't send my medical results with the application and i supposed to get a warning from Cic that my term is coming. At thebeg of march i did my medica exam but it hasn't been finished and sent to Cic yet. The clinic said thet Cic can see that i have started my medical exam with the barcode on my medical exa papers. Is it true? I don'ttrust the cinic bec they said they would send the results in 10 days but they caled me after 3 weeks and asked for additional exams. For whose date is coming, pls do not wait and make your medica exams asap, mine took more then a month and i am wondering loosing more time.
