So many good news to share so wondering where to begin. We were Aug 2, 2013 applicant.

Ok, received my DM email yesterday (received by spouse) and were so happy.

And today, I received the landing interview date (etobicoke center) which is just next week!

Wow there are lots of August applicants got DM. Congrats guys. I'm August applicant as well but I haven't send my requesting documents yet. So, hoping very soon.

Do anybody know the combination of ext. numbers to actually talk to an agent at the call center?
It's been 3 months since the last time I talked to someone there!

I'm kind of worried, it's been a year since got AIP and I haven't had any news yet.

Hello everyone! I was able to talk to a nice agent yesterday, and was informed that my OWP was mailed 3 days ago. Yay! My AOR's dated 24 Sep 2013.

By the way Maxician, I used the following menu options:
2 - to immigrate, get a permanent resident card, or sponsor a family member <then>
1 - to sponsor a family member or adopted child as a permanent resident <then>
0 - to speak to an agent

I called early in the morning, and had to re-dial at least 5 times to get through. Good luck!

Our MP office (Rathika Sitsabeiasan) finally got back to us via email today saying that my wife has been approved for her OWP (under new pilot program) on Jan 5th and she will be getting her OWP soon. 1st stage (AIP) is still not approved yet but they also confirmed that they received our marriage certificate (and additional documents).

We are Aug 16th, 2013 applicants.

I'm starting to get a little worried by seeing so many August 2013 applicants with DM when I haven't heard anything yet I hope that's not a bad sign!! They received my application mid-July so I know that's not far off, just confusing!

You have to have a letter from an employer saying that you have been employed there for 3 months full-time. I just renewed my OHIP last month and that's what they told me

Not so fast. I am a May 2013 applicant and I still haven't received DM! My file is also with the Vancouver office. You are very lucky. Congrats!

Unless your file got transferred to the Vancouver office for further processing your file would still be with Vegreville. Once DM has approved by Vegreville the Vancouver office arranges your landing.

Maybe it's Vegreville that's holding things up unfortunately.
