looks like it's even getting to the point that they don't even bother to update the website weekly..... wow they are soooo busy in that office ...*sarcasm*

It seems to me like lack of organization to not update the website at the same day and time every week.
It just leave us more clueless to what's going on, when I was used to check every Thursday, and now there's no update.
Or they just running from update us to the same date every week. hihi

Question.
Should I be concerned that even though my AOR is from OCT 2013, when I log into my Ecas (the sponsored spouse) it still doesn't say anything about medical results have been received?
I did my meds in August 2013, and sent my receipt in with application but it was supposed to have been transmitted directly to CIC, (or so I was told).

Medical received usually happen after you get AIP stage. Not before.

Hahaha oh hi harmin :D welcome back

;D hi Harmin ...... Congrats Maxlet on landing!!! Congrats Jellyfish and Marianna!!!

bruneian - in my humble opinion it may save you time to go ahead and initiate the police clearance that is required rather than wait for clarification. Best of luck to you.

Just curious ... So is 14 - 15 months now the average time from submission to landing?

Hi Canuck, first off congrats on becoming a PR! I'm choosing to wait because the website and letter clearly stated that PCC is needed if I've resided in countries since 18 for 6 months or more. I actually scanned my old passport pages and scanned the stamp of the date I entered canada in 2008. And also a copy of the study permit issued to me back in 2008. School started in sept and my birthday is in march. I *had* to be here before my 6 month mark, or I will miss part of the semester. I did sent all my proof to the officer and now waiting. My point is, they can't just change the rules. As a temporary resident for the past 6 yrs dealing with cic I've seen cic made mistakes over and over again. I mean They are only human.

Can any one comment on my status
I am putting the inland application for the spouse. Please advice me about the supporting documents i need for application.
My concern is how i fill out OWP application because it need employment ID and No. et etc in application. Some just to leave it vacant
Secondally what are the supporting documents people will add to show genuine relationship.
Currently i have joint bank account, lease agreement, letter from doctor for pregnancy, how much financial bank statement i
required, as i am currently student.I have snap for weeding and some trip picture to Toronto, Please let me know any thing that support my application to show its genuineness.
Any suggestion highly appreciated

I hope not. I got my AOR back in April 2013 and sent in my medical in January. We received AIP in February. Ecas is still not showing my medical as received. :(

Hi All,

I LANDED TODAY IN VANCOUVER!!!!! :) It was a pretty easy process, however the wait was long and there was no air conditioning, so very hot. Once they called my name, they asked me those 3 standard questions and I signed some papers and that was it!!!

If you have any questions, let me know!! I will stick around the forum as well!!!

All the best,

Yeah, if you submit your OWP application at the same time as everything else, most people are getting their OWP a week or two after their AIP notice.
