It says if you live in a country 6 months or more in a ROW you would need pcc and it within 10 years. if you live in singapore for 5 months 29 days leave singapore and came back on the 31st day you still dont need pcc for singapore. i hope you understand!!

Guys ..As u Know Guys I already Sent my Singapore PCC to CIC in Feb 1st week right , but guys i got one more matter to discuss with u about another PCC here ...
Actually i always travel out from Singapore because of my company work ..i went to Malaysia ..Indonesia ..Hongkong..Australia and Vietnam under my company work but its only for 1 to 2 months max
But i remember in 2002 i went to India for 8 months under my company project ...Guys its already 10 years plus , so Do i need any PCC from India or not ?? Guys after that also i went to India few times for 1 month and 2 months project ...what u think guys..please give me ur advise ??

I have to agree with Guri on this one. If you were in India for more than 6 months, you will likely need a PCC. Even though it has been more than 10 years, if you were over the age of 18 when you were there...you'll still probably need this.

*IMPORTANT*
Did you mention this on your Schedule A/Background information form? Did you show that you were living in India for those 8 months, or not?
If you DID, I would suggest you find a way to get the PCC ASAP. If you did NOT, then you have to hope that CIC doesn't find out that you were living there while you were temporarily working there.

Oh...and congratulations for working things out with Mrs. Harmin!
