Harmin,

I have to agree with Guri on this one. If you were in India for more than 6 months, you will likely need a PCC. Even though it has been more than 10 years, if you were over the age of 18 when you were there...you'll still probably need this.

*IMPORTANT*
Did you mention this on your Schedule A/Background information form? Did you show that you were living in India for those 8 months, or not?
If you DID, I would suggest you find a way to get the PCC ASAP. If you did NOT, then you have to hope that CIC doesn't find out that you were living there while you were temporarily working there.

Oh...and congratulations for working things out with Mrs. Harmin!

Hey harmin so glad you worked things out with your wifey!! Singapore was GREAT! So much has changed since the last time ive been there 6 years ago. Such an amazing country!

Does anyone from Calgary have a commissioner for oaths that they suggest? We want to get our declaration of common law done up! I asked our MP and he said he couldn't do it.

Also, when we go to get it signed, what do we have to bring?

Thanks :D
