100% agree with you! cic call center people answers were pretty consistent now about OWP with inland spousal PR, unlike in the past few months their answers confused people.

In my opinion, Its better to let the visa expired rather than leaving the baby behind. Yes its another application process but with all of my heart the wait of the whole process again is all worth it in the end. I will worry about the baby's future than the expiration of visa.

You are absolutely right about expiry date. If I were on your shoe I will renew my passport and informed Cic through mail or email, just put your UCI number, file number, birthdate, and include the photocopy of old passport, too. But if she can't renew it right away she can always extend her...

Thank you for this advise... I never bother to ask as I thought if my visa expires I wont receive any benefits anymore as well as with my OHIP.

Arent you gonna send it with just UCI? Yes I found an agent. Paid lots but I hope its gonna work out. He did my sister's too. So Im confident to trust him.
