- "Ok but I sent it, I sent it all..."
- " I don't have records of it..."
- " What about know?"
- " Send the requested documents as soon as you can"
- " But I did, so I am not getting AIP and my OWP?"
- " No, you're application is still in process..."
- " How long is this going to delay my process?"
- " I don't know, send the documents, anything else I can help you with"
- " So, more 350 CAD for something you lost..."

I am disgusted

Sorry to hear that you had to go through this but u know what pisses me off they request so much info from u and u take your time gather al the necessary documents and spend a lot of money on this because it means so much to you and they just couldn't give two sh!ts about they just call oh we lost over $200 worth in documents redo them or else!! They have no regards what-so-ever because it's not their loved ones so they don't care... Absolutely horrendous!!
