No . you can't use aip or dm, but if you have OWP you can try
or you wait until after landing then go apply

I don't know now. But my wife got AIP early Feb 2013 and she got her RAMQ after 3 months. We are in Montreal too and I am Canadian. If ur spouse is Canadian too, you can call them first to make sure. If your spouse is PR, probably you can not.

Yes you can apply and you should get covered after 3 months.

You don't mail it.. Keep it with you to show it on your landing interview.

Depend. Some people wait more then 8 months. Some got aip and dm same time

I don't know now. But my wife got AIP early Feb 2013 and she got her RAMQ after 3 months. We are in Montreal too and I am Canadian. If ur spouse is Canadian too, you can call them first to make sure. If your spouse is PR, probably you can not.
