Hello Love_Young,

Nice chart. I applied inland on June 20th and my application was accepted on Jun 23, 2010. Haven't heard anything from CIC Vegreville yet that they have started processing my application. So, our timelines would pretty much be similar. I will keep you posted when I hear anything from CIC.

Hi all inlanders , I applied Dec 2008 and I'm almost at the end of the PR process hopefully, I had an interview last year 2009 and one again this year may 2010 conducted by CSIS as I was a Political figure back home in England in 2005. Have received FOSS notes a week ago , nothing unusual in them , and on the 15th Sept faxed a letter to CSIS to ask if they have my file still as it was 4 months ago since my interview . to be continued !! on wards and upwards people .

MexicaTica, The First interview was conducted by the local IO in Kitchener , he wanted to make sure our relationship was genuine which it is , so my husband got the go ahead for sponsership, the 2nd interview was conducted by CSIS ( security check ) to clarify I am the person on the file . both interviews were OK a bit scary for the 2nd but nothing to worry about . Yes I ordered FOSS notes to and have faxed a letter to CSIS to ask if they still have my file ....thank you for your good wishes and good luck to you

Hi all you 2010 Inlanders out there!!!

I'am applied in April for MY PR through sponsorship from my wife who is Canadian from birth and I'm English.
I also applied for a work permit as well. I sent everything I could with my applications E.G meds, fingerprints and police checks from here and the UK. Everything about our wedding and so on.

One thing I had seen on here I think that some of you extended you Visitor Visa??? We came back to Canada in Oct 27 2009 after spending the summer in the UK. I was told that I would not have to extend my Visitor visa as long as I sent my applications before my 6 month visa had ran out.

My time line is

Sent Applications : 30/3/2010
received application : 7/4/2010
started processing :22/6/2010

One thing I had seen on here I think that some of you extended you Visitor Visa??? We came back to Canada in Oct 27 2009 after spending the summer in the UK. I was told that I would not have to extend my Visitor visa as long as I sent my applications before my 6 month visa had ran out.

if u sent request for open work permit with ur application, then u dont need to extend ur stay.

How is everyone holding up?
Any new people in process yet or get AIP?

I hope we can stay strong during this but I would lying if I said that I am not getting a bit discouraged because some people that sent their apps off at the same time already have PPR. I mean I am happy but at the same time so jealous. Sometimes I wonder why I applied inland but it was the best for our situation. I guess we all have our days right? Hopefully this doesn't make me a bad person... :-X

Hugggssss to you. yeah we all have those days and i too sometimes wish i sent mines outland but like you, inland is best for our situation. i know what you are feeling.And no it doesnt make you a bad person. you sound really sweet. Just be patient. Do you have your cic number as yet? . Just be patient and keep yourself busy..

Yeah I have a client ID number already just waiting for them to log it into ECAS.

Right now I am trying to keep busy protecting the house from Hurricane Igor. It is hitting us hard. Thank goodness I am with my hubby during this or I would have been over my head. Lol.
