Take it in a positive stride LY, now you get a 2 month vacation that you can spend with your husband with no stress of your PR !!!!

wouldn't you be able to use your OWP to get a temp SIN even though you're a PR now? You may want to give that a try and start working while waiting on your PR. It takes 2 months to get the PR card, so why waste the OWP eh...

You may want to double check on this information for Inland applications. For outland applications, at the time of landing, you would be required to submit the B4A form which would be stamped by customs. I landed at the Kitchener office today, so I'm officially a permanent resident of Canada now :). The landing procedures took only 10 mins, the officer was very nice and explained the process to us. He also told us that I can claim this 1 year of waiting for my citizenship as it counts for half...

Also, there is a requirement that the photo should be signed and dated by the photographer? Is this strongly enforced during the landing interview, do they immigration officers check the photograph to see if it is attested by the photographer?

Got my landing interview letter today. Will be landing at the Kitchener CIC office on May 31st at 9.15am.

Still waiting on my landing interview appointment from the Kitchener CIC office. Apparently, they only send on appointment letters on the second Tuesday of every month and have landing interviews scheduled for the last week of the month !!! Why cant they send the letters every week !!!!

Usually, if its Decision made, they will state the office that will contact you for the landing interview...
