Inland Application 2011

My application was received May 12 and started processing May 31. Got a mail requesting for updates July 11 and sent back the response the following day.

Ya, so I'm not gonna reapply for a visit visa, rather stay here in Canada to be safe while waiting for my PR. I just don't get it, why the agent I had spoken before didnt tell me that Its advisable to stay in Canada when I inquired what to do If i wanna go out the country and be able to come back but rather sent me instructions on how to apply for a visit visa :-X money just gone to waste

We received your application for permanent residence on July 8, 2011.

We started processing your application on July 22, 2011.

I also have a doubt. I got a letter asking me to update my work information. I think they want me to put "Unemployed" for the period after April 2011 (when I left my last job). Is this gonna affect on my proccessing time?

Naz, when my husband applied to extend his status they just sent him a visitor extension paper.

I m waiting for my withdrawal from outland application. They have made decision but will let me know in writing. As soon as I will receive that decision I m going to apply inland application. I will apply for visit visa extension n for owp? My visit visa expires by the end of dec 2011. Do you think it's ok to apply extension with initial application. I m here from last 4 months already n have visa for next 5 months.

I will give u the exact info when I will apply inland shortly.

Did anyone recently send inland PR application to CPC Vegreville via CanadaPost?

My application was received by 'CHRISTINE KARAZUB' and I am so worried if it was correctly delivered to the 'Permanent Residence Applications' Department. Because I did not indicate 'Permanent Residence Applications' on the envelope.

Can anyone else please share the signatory name on CanadaPost Tracking??

I am about 2 weeks away from sending off my application - spousal,

included will be OWP, and a criminal rehabilitation.

Worst thing is, the second, most recent conviction (DUI, 2000) isn't even on my police clearance certificate....

Hello everyone, it looks like we did not list our current address to present we just dated it to the last day before we sent the document so we had a request for information update. The good news is that we know our client number for my wife. Does this mean that our application is in process or just someone checking if we had all the documents before they start our process?

If you are going to include OWP within your inland app then you will not need to extend your visit visa but please do it before your visa is expired.

I did answer you on 2010 thread. I really don't think it (not indicate"PR APP") will be a problem/issue since I did the same thing and nothing is wrong with mine.

I sent some additional documents several weeks ago via Purolator, it was signed by other person. Anyhow, I don't think you need to worry about that since they must have more than "ONE" receptionist.

i received the letter for updates from CIC and i filled out only the highlighted areas, for me they asked about my school starting from 2006.
and Yes i ve put the Canadian number as well.and they asked only for my current address.
i agree the letter is a bit confusing!
Hope we will hear some good news soon!!

Yeah I ended up filling out the number as well as the birth city just to be safe, best of luck to you!!
