BLS is returning mine and my wife surrender application because we filled in our parents full names instead of just their first names. They charged me $200 for pick-up and drop-off, and now I have to pay another $200.

The fees which the lady told you is wrong.
As per the consulate, the fees they should be charging is 80$ (In-province) which is both pickup and dropoff. They are well-trained to loot, so please be careful.

You can try this provided link, they are not affiliated with BLS, but they are affiliated with Purolator. And the fees from windsor to Brampton is 72.38 (that is for in and out).
And they have the form filling assistance as well, if you want then you can opt for it. SO that the file wont get rejected for minor mistakes.
Yes visa applications are faster, due to lesser volume. As they have started e-visa right which is cheaper and people go for that

They have also mentioned on the about section, that they came to provide service on the affordable price.
There were two scenarios, my friend bought it by calling them the .com, as he paid exactly 100.64$ and other friend paid 72.38$ through the website .ca, Both were express Purolator courier.
So better was through the website one, atleast the guy saved 28$. And for the out provice, i say on the .ca website they charge 93.06 but through phone call official BLS representatove provided the two links of 71$ which is of 142, which was too huge for normal PCC applications.
You're missing this entire point. It's not about the money or how much who charges. One is authorized and official service provider for Indian High Commission, which is BLS (aka "official agent"). You can think of them as vetted provider. The other (i.e. ".com" provider is an unauthorized agent for BLS, so "agent for an agent" that is NOT vetted and thus should NOT be trusted to handle sensitive documents. Price is the least of the things you should be worried about.
Let’s get one thing straight—Purolator is a private company that operates independently. Pricing is determined by business agreements, not personal opinions. There is no where written, that courier should be bought from them. Anyone can utilize any courier format: It can be canada post/purolator/ups/fed ex. As a student i go for cheaper courier options. For example one courier if the BLS Representative in phone charge 150$, and after spending that much money for courier and for minor mistake they send back the application and stating to visit BLS office or pay again for courier, how fare is this. Is this a way to handle!!
Moreover even my friends suffered by visiting their office as well. As they rejected their file twice and went in person, still payed 110 extra, what the hell. And moreover i seen the reviews, scam , scamm scammers on every BLS Office locations... why people right it! and is there is any way to end it. If anyone comes in the market and providing trusted courier service, and providing document information for free, we need to encourge it other than discouraging.
So in this part we are trusting the Purolator company, simple as that. We are not trusting anybody here.

Did you even read my original message where I have the screenshot? I’m not talking about Purolator - obviously it doesn’t matter if you buy shipping from them directly or through BLS or anywhere else. In the screenshot, I’m talking about someone posing as BLS with a .com domain. They are entirely fake. Official BLS website specifically mentions to not trust any other site.
Perhaps take a look at my comment again before jumping to conclusions.
I completely agree with you on the domain issue—there are fake sites out there—but I personally took the service, and it was way smoother, so I recommended it to my friends, and even they had a great experience; If someone finds a great service, it's only fair that everyone gets to experience it too.
