Few of us currently have passports in at the embassy in Bogota for PPR. Any one know when COPR comes after receiving passports back in general? Do they come with the passport or by email shortly after? Days? Weeks? Thankls!!

If not a visa waiver country, passport returned with visa counterfoil and the COPR in same package, at same time. (As far as I'm aware)
How long this may take depends a lot on country/visa office, especially nowadays (covid). But probably measured in weeks.
Thanks for that. They seem to be processing the foils/stamps fast as we got a request for photo re-do within a week of receiving them.
15 days Ana. No messing around. forget 30 days or more. It's in the home stretch. They also ask for a return address to be included with the passport.
I just received the passport request, they also gave me 15 days to send it, I had to write to the embassy because I am in Canada, I even changed my address but they did not give me the option to send it to Ottawa, now I must wait to see that they answer me
Hmmmm. Because its being processed in the Bogota office, it may have to be sent there. Hopefully they can stamp it here.
I know they can stamp it here, in fact they usually send two options in the passport request, your visa office and Ottawa in case you are in Canada. They updated my address today but just today I got the passport request so they didn't give me the second option

As far as I recall it was about 2 weeks. We got a request for a photo re-do after a week and it took another week after that was sent in.
My husband dropped his passport off at VFS in Tunisia last Friday morning. This Monday it was arrived in Paris VO, counterfoil attached and sent out same day. It was at VFS on Tuesday and today DHL delivered it to him. 1 week from hand to hand.
