Maybe I didn`t explained well:

-Before come to Canada, we use to live/settled in a country which was not our home country
-We came to Canada in 2018 on visitor status
-I applied for work permit in Canada in February 2019 (approved in October 2020)
-We applied for PR under H&C in Canada in March 2019 (got AIP yesterday)
Ok i understand , thats great ! congratulations again for you and for your family

Congrats sir but how someone can extend his visitor status during 15 years ? i also lived in gulf country before....in Bahrain
We were living and settled in Dubai for almost 20 years (which was not out home country, so I use to have work permit over there)
We last visited to our home country was over 15 years ago

I hope this time I have explained well

It will be the last question : Do you have the right to work when you applied for open work permit/TRP or you applied for ITN if you worked without permit to declare your taxes?

Congratulations! I am so glad to see so many successful applications in the last few months. It looks like the success rate with h&c applications has increased. Not sure if it is a "side effect" of the pandemic.

Hi everyone im asking on behalf of someone. If they were legally separated but mentioned as spouse- legally separated on application. They both have separate cases. One got AIP and going on 2nd stage, can they mention now that they are still married? They never divorced.
