I also received an email last weeks asking to provide my proof of address and today decision made on Ecas
H&C Humanitarian Ground with/or Without Failed refugee claim

Before Aip decision made means application refuses.
After Aip decision made means now everything is complete! like Immigration Officer close your file. So congratulation, within 1 week you have receive portal, than you upload your pic in portal after you download COPR inside portal and pr card by mail !

Hi @fagsey Restoration of work permit fee is required, however if it's just one or two days, you can explain with a valid reason. It depends on the officer to buy your explanation or not.

Hello dear members,
after waiting long time to get know about outcome file from high court of canada ( federal court ) to determine either the decision from canadian immigration reasonable or not reasonable finally a judge finalized my file for juducial review and according his opinion the senior immigration officers decision is unreasonable and has been sent it back to ircc to make another review till here everything is fine , so again officer from ircc denied the federal court review that is so ridiculos becauyse how is possible some higher level from federal government has low authority than ircc so that is not a only case i aslo have seen peaople rejected even in RAD files like ;- RPD rejucted - RAD REJECTED- Federal court approval and send back to RAD for redetrmination - again RAD REJECTED- then finally and again anorher JR rejected so it was happened for both claims H&C and refugge case , well mine was for h&c claim anyway, any valubale inputs will appricated

So there’s no guarantee even if federal court approve your judicial review and still highly possible for ircc denied your application was happened to me for my H&C application, and I know people also got refused even in refugee cases
