I mean I have criminal charge because of that I am inadmissible to Canada. To overcome that I applied for H&C. What is your ground?

Oh Ok. My H&C is based on best interest of child. I do not have any inadmissibility.

Hi, I am also waiting for decision on my second application (submitted June this year). My first application showed up in ECAS once I received AOR, but I could not track my second application in ECAS even though two applications are paper based. I will request GCMS notes in the coming days.

Thanks for responding. I requested GCMS notes so lets see what officer has to say after 16 months of processing based on processing time they should finish in 20 months but clearly, thats not true

Last time I called IRCC, they said 20 months is total processing time including AIP and stage 2. Did you apply on paper?

Nope online both applications. CIC is lying again to everyone. How can they say 20 months processing times for stage 1 and 2 when stage one is still not completed at 16 months.

I do not understand why it is taking so long for some applicants to get eligibility review passed (AIP). Maybe IRCC have system in place to prioritize some applications over others.
