Does anyone know if there is an interview for non-accompanying spouse? I recently received by PR visa and COPR but got married before I landed. I added my spouse as non-accompanying spouse. Will we require an interview?

If you added her to your application, you don't need an interview. However, you should add her as accompanying and wait for her to get visa too, otherwise you will just have to sponsor her later.

Even if she is currently not ready to move to Canada and you are, she can just land when she gets her visa and then go back home and can stay outside Canada up to 3 years still keeping her PR. If you sponsor her, you may need an interview and it will take a long time, up to 18 months where you are a PR sponsor must stay in Canada and she might not be able to join you.
