GCMS NOTES WELL EXPLAINED HAS NEVER BEFORE UNTIL NOW

Hi Everyone!

We just got the GCMS notes for PA and under assessments it shows the following:

Under Sponsorship:
SPR Eligibility: Not Started


Under Assessments
Eligibility:
Security: Not Started
Criminality: Not Started
Medical: Passed


However, under info sharing it shows

Type: Biographic
Partner: USA
Status: NRT


Does this all mean background check has started?

Also how come it shows eligibility as "blank"? Is that because it has already started but there is no result yet?

I received my notes for the first time. CIC made a HUGE mistake on our file. Under the notes, they wrote date of marriage in 2013, when we got married in 2015. They wrote we met for the first time in 2015 which is true, but we did not marry in 2013. We freaking got married on september 7th 2015. It says so on the marriage certificate on file. They're basically saying we married without seing each other and stayed away from each other for a period of two years. OF COURSE IT WILL SAY REVIEW REQUIRED. We dont have any redflags our file, just the marriage date which the most important date. Bunch of incompetent people, i almost slammed my 7edge on the ground when i read my notes. Definetely gonna talk to my MP.

The dates of everything in our notes were wrong including the day, month and year of our marriage! Not sure if it's just Dar that's that incompetent with dates but it's very troubling if that leads to interviews or denials. Good luck with getting your MP to sort it out for you.

Actually, our file was transfered to Nairobi in August due to lack of jurisdiction over our file in Dar Salam. The officer who left that note is from Nairobi. It's stressing the hell out of me.

Hi everyone,

This morning, I met my local MP for a general inquiry session about my wife's application.
I got the chance to asked her if i order our gmcs notes will it delay our application. She said yes, and i was shocked!
She told me they don't like when you order your notes because it's like you don't trust them with your file or you
have some concerns about your file. She told me lots of people had their application delayed because they ordered notes too often and some of them were even put on a queue for an interview.

Just wanted to share her views on the gmcs notes

I had that feeling... They may think is a pain to be sending notes and sharing them with the applicants.
I know is our rights, but maybe they feel we think we know best and we have to supervise how are they dong their job.. Just my opinion

Ordering notes has absolutely no baring on the status of your application. It certainly does not delay it it or slow it down. It it has no descison on whether you get a interview.

Does anyone have anything other than empirical evidence based solely on processing times to back that theory up?

I am curious if there is any facts, other than processing times (which may be greatly influenced by external factors).

Proof of relationship provided: Original Marriage Certificate, married on date XX XX 2016.

There is nothing written like communication (skype, Viber, whatsapp, Facebook, emails), combined health & auto insurance, same address labels, Airline travels and stays at hotels etc etc. These things are not mentioned.

Is it same with other who ordered GCMS notes?

That's weird. In our case, the viber printout communication, my e-tickets, and our wedding invitation card were all there. But they did screw up big time on the of our mariage. On the notes, it says we got married in 2013, when in reality it's supposed to be 2015. The most annoying part is that they have the mariage certificate on file. I guess they didnt check properly. Send them a CSE and them why you dont see the supporting documents you originally sent.
