madalang lang naman daw ang mga naiinterview (based on last year), but ang madalas daw na iniinterview are the ones that sent documents or sa forms na feeling nila kailangang iconfirm through interview.

So prayer lang na wala ng interviews for ALL OF US! :)

Pedeng self affidavit provided na meron kang mga additional documents like employment contract, certificate of clearance, payslips, tax slips, and explain from affidavit your situation and have it notarized.

Please help! Bit complex!

I have applied to FSW in the month of MAY/JUNE.

there are 2 applicants in my file, me & my wife.

My wife's passport carries her maiden name before marriage, and we did not change her name as just after marriage we applied for Quebec visa as well. And now for FSW.

So there was no time for us to change the name of my wife as even the passport with new changed name takes minimum 1 month and we were in hurry.

Now my question is, now i have the time.

1) How I can change the name of my wife in her application? Because i want my wife should carry the PR card with her changed name after marriage.

2) As my application is under processing, for changing the name, now can i make the changes in her passport for change in name?

Experts please help!!!

Hi po. I want to hear po your take and opinion on my case.

I am preparing to apply under NOC 1111. However, I am having a hard time obtaining a reference letter from my bosses in our firm.
HR gave me a general document listing the broad functions of my position and out of the 12 listed items, which includes my responsibilities to the firm, responsibilities to clients and responsibilities to develop our services, I think only 2 can be counted toward the NOC qualification.

Those two are as follows:

a. Obtains competent evidential matter to substantiate the fairness of client's financial statements; prepares schedules, summaries and reports based on findings; assists in office functions and on specials assignments.

b. Participates in audit engagements and other firm activities under the supervision of more experienced staff members.

I need your advice, do you think I can qualify under the NOC given the such fact?

My NOC has the following description:

Main duties

Financial auditors perform some or all of the following duties:

1. Examine and analyze journal and ledger entries, bank statements, inventories, expenditures, tax returns and other accounting and financial records, documents and systems of individuals, departments within organizations, businesses or other establishments to ensure financial recording accuracy and compliance with established accounting standards, procedures and internal controls

2. Prepare detailed reports on audit findings and make recommendations to improve individual or establishment's accounting and management practices

3. Conduct field audits of businesses to ensure compliance with provisions of the Income Tax Act, Canadian Business Corporations Act or other statutory requirements

4. May supervise other auditors or professionals in charge of accounting within client's establishment.

As long as you have one year continuous full time sa noc na intented mo you are safe ska if hindi nmn significant ang changes sa points mo dun sa 3 mos mo na job I think whatever you have you can submit

Ok lang yan.. maraming cases na ganyan ginagawa para sa funds nila. basta ma maintain mo yung funds mo. then at kayang masupport ng salary mo yung funds mo para hindi sila manghinala na hiniram mo lang yung money. :D

Depende po sa occupation nyo.. Ex. Yung mga doctors and mga pharmacists, May naka assign tlaga na institution for them Kung saan sila kukuha ng ECA. In my case, I got mine from WES (wes.org). Make sure you choose yung for federal skilled worker nila na product. Register ka and pay ka online, then makikita mo dun Kung ano ang docs na need mo I-submit sa kanila. In my case, Transcript of records sent directly by my school and diploma na galing naman sa akin.

Ang sa forms naman, last ko na ginawa kasi readily available naman lagi yun sa site, and Baka mag update pa ang forms ng newer version when ready ka na mag submit. Kaya I suggest, Unahin mo yung mga docs na will take time. Ex. IELTS, ECA, passport, school docs, work related docs, docs from your relative in canada if you are claiming points for it.

whew, after double checking and triple checking and so on and so on.
I've finally completed all the docs required, signed and dated.
na-double check din ni misis.
Waiting day for us starts tom. :)
