Hi..
This is a complete guide of what you should do: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/EG7TOC.asp#pay-fee
Here is the checklist of what you need to submit:

Here are the forms that you might be needing (not all forms are applicable to you):

Check out these links first then come back to this forum if you have specific questions or if you need clarifications. A lot of people here are very willing to help.
Tips:
1) schedule an IELTS exam ASAP - make sure it's general training (you have the option na ipapa-take mo Rin ang husband mo for additional +5 points, just in case feeling mo kakapusin kayo sa 67 points na need).
2) get an ECA report kasi Medyo matagal din yun. I got mine from WES, 7 days lang.. Pero Ngaun daw kasi abot na ng 20 days.
3) bilisan mo pag gather ang mga docs mo kasi May level cap na 25,500 applications in total and 1000 applications per occupation lang ang tatanggapin. And from Iba-Ibang countries ang nag susubmit. Baka umabot ka sa level cap. Sayang din!
Good luck!
