iniisip ko kung alam ba ng mga CIC na tingnan yung mga specific Filipino docs like SSS Static Info para makatulong sa credibility ng employment?

Yung Manila VO ang gagawa ng background check natin. Pero sa CIC stage hindi required ang SSS sa application natin.

For me. prepare ko lang yung SSS at PhilHealth just incase needed ng Manila VO later on.

Ano po specific documents na kailangan for SSS at Philhealth? para mapaghandaan na din just in case ;D

Anong SSS docs and philhealth docs ba ang need ng manila VO? Para mapaghandaan naman... Yung NOC kasi na in-applyan ko, Hindi na yun yung current job ko. And saan pwede hingiin?

Sa mga naka experience na, humihingi ba tlaga sila ng SSS and philhealth docs? Yung sa Tita ko kasi, Hindi naman sya hiningian.. Pero Baka Iba na Ngaun kasi 2010 pa sya na batch ng FSW.

3. Schedule A: background declaration - 1 signature per document (applicant and spouse)
4. Supplementary information -travels - no signature? (Please confirm!) (filled out by applicant)
5. Schedule 3- 1 signature (applicant only)
6. Additional family information - 1 signature per document (applicant and spouse)
7. Fee payment form - if using CC, signed by cardholder ONLY ( if using DD, no need to sign) please confirm!

We are a family of 3 ( me, spouse, and 5-year old kid)

Also, kids doesn't have any form that needs to be filled out. Please confirm.

Ako kumuha ng certificate sa Head office ng SSS then iprint mo ung static information, employment history ska history ng premium payment.

Oo nga A-Cheng sana wag na lumampas ng one year. Tinignan ko yun mga ibang 2013 parang 10mos average e. sana tayo din gawin nila mabilis kasi ibang rules na next year. Sana swertihin tayong lahat

Usually ba bat me mga interview pa? Me idea kayo bat iniinterview pa? Via phone or dapat puntahan sa embassy?

hi bosschips, sabi ng iba sa forum, not necessary naman to declare the assets, as long as the settlement fund is indicated and abot sa required amount.

madalang lang naman daw ang mga naiinterview (based on last year), but ang madalas daw na iniinterview are the ones that sent documents or sa forms na feeling nila kailangang iconfirm through interview.

So prayer lang na wala ng interviews for ALL OF US!
