Hi if you included your correct email address sa application form, you will receive it in your email. Pag mali yun nalagay mo email or nakalimutan mo lagay dun sa form, you will get your PER thru snail mail that could take around 1.5-2 months ata before it reaches your home address. Goodluck! :)
