Talking about Ministry of Announcements and Congratulations and mysteriously missing cap updates, obviously, they are so f..messed up with this year programm, so to cover things up Big Boss ordered to kill statistics guy. 8)

But if they update CAP regularly that its better to them as atleast filled cap applicatants will not send application, that means less applications to them.
they should provide 2 column 1) total appliation received, irrespective to wether they are complete or not 2) total complete applications

1st they can update daily and 2nd atleast weekely

And what everybody would see then? That they are only able to "take care" of 10-15 applicants per day at their full firepower? Forget about it.

That is the point. It will be seen as sign of weakness, that he and his army of 100+ capos and street solders cannot control and defend their territory.
And eventually they are easy take and ready to lose it to rivaling mob.

The average applicant per week is reducing since start of FSW 2013, as per our spreadsheet data
The processing time is increasing means initially they have taken @ 40 days to charge fee and not its taking @60 days

What I feel after first two week the nos of applicating reached to CIC is less than first two week the same way the processing time should be reduce, ie it may reach may to pick of @ 70days than will start reduce?

Doing 10-15 applications per day, guarantee that they have increased backlogs with time. It is like bottleneck.

Those who applied first are lucky as their applications processed faster, those who applied later will take longer. Simple.
Although I have no idea why it took 1 month for first applicants to get charged.

Now they are still charging hottest 1112, 2147, 2174 NOCs from 13.05.13 that means that their caps not reached yet and
total amount of applications processed less that 1000 for sure.

How much less could tell that stat guy. But as you know already, he "was taken care of". Too bad. 8)

I am worried for my DD (Indian DD expires by 90days)
now a days they are taking @ 60days
my DD expire and application received difference is 76 days

Processing time depends on competence and brains of people who in charge in the office. Period.

Seeing that much stupidity, wasted recourses and ineffectiveness around this process I doubt that they have any.

i've read those special instructions regarding CC but i didn't see that vienna office rejects CC, so i'm guessing it's fine.

After all we all humans, not boring applications.
