while browsing the spreadsheet, I noticed one applicant had his application retured for "missing marriage certificate"!

as far as I can tell, no such certificate was required as part of OINP application and hence, I didn't send it, is my understanding correct?

Looks like I can't modify the OP anymore. Here are a few more helpful posts -

Duplicate Copy of ECA Report
This seems to be a recurring issue nowadays (Ontario asking applicants to arrange hard copies mailed to them directly from the ECA granting organization). Some threads with helpful info -
http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/eca-oopnp-t386278.0.html
http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/oinp-duplicate-eca-copy-required-from-wes-t385824.0.html

The OINP is asking for ELECTRONIC VERSION OF THE DUPLICATE REPORT to be made available. They are NOT asking for the duplicate report to be sent by courier by WES to OINP. This will not get linked to your file. The application has a copy of report. What OINP is asking is that by entering the report number in the WES link THEY SHOULD BE ABLE TO SEE THE REPORT in their computer. WES is charging for the report to be made electronIcally made available to OINP

Wow. The most extensive collection of info I've seen here. The OP must be a librarian or something, you need a degree on card cataloguing to do this kind of stuff. +1.

I wish something like this is available for CIC/Federal stage!!!!

+1 for the awesome effort!
Thanks for sharing.

Yes, your understanding is CORRECT. MCIIT missed making a mention of it in their Application Guide and the Form too.

BUT...you know what...the bad news is, they penalize the applicants for their miss.

So yes there have been such rejections and will continue...that is where the collective intelligence of this forum members comes into play.

So mail them ASAP if you can referencing your File No. if you have received an AOR already.

+1 for the SUPERB EFFORT.

You can use this ---> http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/perm/express/intake-complete.asp

If you find a better link on the forum, please update it here for the sake of others!

Great stuff guys! The only part missing is a more detailed explanation for the Personal and Work History section... The question I had is quite simple, should I mention all my international travel history in this section? Some people have suggested doing so... But strictly speaking it's not what's asked...

I don't think it's necessary since you are already submitting the copy of all the pages of your passport.

Hope this helps!

There is no requirement to submit all the stamped pages of one's PP. Only the Bio pages are required.

I think I read somewhere in the OINP application guide that we had to submit copies of all passport pages, correct me if I'm wrong.

But yeah, for CIC after ITA, I think it is only bio page.

Yes, I was talking about e-APR and not OINP. For OINP you MUST include all pages.

This. Just highlighting in case folks miss this distinction. For OINP, you need to submit ALL pages of your passport, including blank pages. Thanks to all who have been contributing to this thread. Please feel free to add your thoughts and links.
