I don't think it's necessary since you are already submitting the copy of all the pages of your passport.

In my case my passport is only valid for 5 years and it's due to expire within the next two years so I'm renewing it. The problem is that providing a copy of all my current and previous passport is only really providing them with the history for my last 3 years (and not 10 years as they seem to always want)... So should I proactively add this information to the Personal and Work History?

If you're concerned, I think it would be a good idea to attach a separate sheet of paper listing your travel history to your application form.

Make sure to sign and date it before submitting it!
