CTV is projecting an Liberal win. Only time will tell if its minority or majority. Rest assured, its a liberal gov again. No conservative gov. Conservatives are a dead party and ideology in North America. Thanks to Trump and his moronic behavior.

Yup. But Trumplicans have strong effect on Canadian conservatives. In the recent California recall election, democract were projected to win but the way they beat Trumplican is just insane.
Liberals are doing more than expected. Looks like they will gain more seats. Still a chance for a majority. Thats why media called the election for liberals but still have doubts on majority or minority.
Angela Merkel and Jacinda Ardern have also managed to stay in power. But with Merkel retiring, JT will be the undisputed king.
While we are at it, why do people here think MM controls all of Canada's immigration policy? All summer the IRCC continues to maintain that it's policies throughout the pandemic are implemented in collaboration with HC and other major shareholders. I doubt any overarching changes to IRCC's policy implementations over the next few years depend on any individual person as much as it does on the Canada's rulling party and the type of government.
