Not even talking about draws now. Referring to movement in outland applicationsWell, they haven't made any promises to resume draws after border restrictions are removed. Try not to have too many expectations in that regard.

The situation is getting better I think. We're seeing COPRs being re-issued consistently every day and the number of people complaining is decreasing. It’s always the same ‘border restriction’ excuse. So I’m eager to see the borders finally re-open to see what would be their next line of action
What exact enquiry was made ?? I raised webform so my times. But may be my query wasn't approp. So plz let me know..what exactly you asked in webformHere is a more recent one from the same VO:
It's not my query. Someone got this response and posted on a FB group. Here's what they said:What exact enquiry was made ?? I raised webform so my times. But may be my query wasn't approp. So plz let me know..what exactly you asked in webform
Well I was thinking that there was a reason why they didn't want people to know they are asking for themselves.Well you see, and I'm saying this being an Indian myself, many of our people are notorious for crab mentality. Thus people wishing to make some endeavours in life hold off telling it around until it's achieved so as to not get the attention of ill willed people. Case in point - our friend @navinball
I'm not sure if it's specific to Indians. I have seen people do the same thing on this forum as well even though their identity is anonymous. It's weird.Well I was thinking that there was a reason why they didn't want people to know they are asking for themselves.
But, anyways, If it's an indian thing then it doesn't matter if you put "asking for a friend" because anyways all other indians are going to know that you are not really asking for a friend because everybody does the same haha.
According to legalfalcon@Jaycejay I have started feeling a lot more positive now seeing a lot more people getting PPRs and getting better responses from IRRC. I am not expecting to see FSW draw in August however it will be intresting to see what will happen
Thank u soooo muchIt's not my query. Someone got this response and posted on a FB group. Here's what they said:
Query for Picture 1 (1st April): What is the status of my application? When can I expect further instruction to proceed with my file?
Query for Picture 2 (24th June): My application for permanent residence got approved. As of June 21, Government of Canada has made changes to travel restriction and approved permanent residents can now travel to Canada. My application now currently falls under exemptions from travel restrictions. When will I receive instructions to have my visa and COPR issued?
This is different than what IRCC announced; or we misunderstood it completely. I've been saying this since day 1; while covid is a real disease, most things said about anything (restrictions, policies, rules etc.) during this so-called pandemic is a big fat lie. Like jayce, I also can't wait to see their next lie after Sept 7.Here is a more recent one from the same VO:
Asking for a friend, how to get ITA?I'm not sure if it's specific to Indians. I have seen people do the same thing on this forum as well even though their identity is anonymous. It's weird.
Wouldn't just getting your degree reevaluated by another organization to master's be simpler. No ITA for old man
Hello everyone,
Today after more than 3 years of wait, I would like to share a small but significant step in my PR journey.
Age: 38 Yrs, FSW-O, No relative in Canada, No Job offer, No studies in Canada, Masters (but WES evaluated the masters as 1 yr diploma), 15+ yrs of experience as IT Business Analyst
My timelines are as follows:
Jan 2018 - Started the EE process
Jul 2018 - Was able to create profile in EE at 35 years of age with 438 points (IELTS - L9/R9/S7/W7.5). We used to get ITA at 441 during that time
Jul 2018 to Dec 2018 - Tried IELTS many times to get CLB10 to increase score to 441 points but it didn't happen. Started French learning journey
Dec 2018/Jan 2019 - ITA score dropped to 438 but I missed due to the date cutoff. OINP also invited 439+ scope so didn't get OINP PNP as well
Feb 2019 to Apr 2021 - ITA cutoff score increased and now 470+ became the normal cutoff. Due to increasing age, I lost points every year but kept improving in French language skills day by day.
May 2021 - Passed TCF Canada test in second attempt after 2.5 years of practice (Listening 505 (C1), Reading 496 (B2), Writing 13 (B2), Speaking 15 (C1)). CRS points increased to 477 (not including wife's IELTS which expired in 2020).
Aug 2021 - Got ITA from Quebec for PNP. At 38 yrs of age, I see a light towards PR journey. There is still a lot to do be done, but it is still a significant step for me.
Just want to thank everyone in this group. I know it is hard for all of us, but we have our own individual paths to follow.
The funniest thing is that they don't ask simple questions. They actually explain the whole case with incredible detail and is like "how do you know THAT much about your friend's case?Asking for a friend, how to get ITA?
Exactly. 1.8 billion people trying to bring me down. That's why I hold off telling it till I achieve it.Well you see, and I'm saying this being an Indian myself, many of our people are notorious for crab mentality. Thus people wishing to make some endeavours in life hold off telling it around until it's achieved so as to not get the attention of ill willed people. Case in point - our friend @navinball
