Thanks for the good wishes. I will proceed with the letter and give it a try.
Concerning the 1 point it is due to the language test.

I had the following scores on IELTS:
Speaking: 8.5; Reading: 7; Listening: 6.5; and Writing 7.5. The total points that I thought I would receive for language should be 23 points which then will make my passing score 67 points. Then someone told me that these scores make up to 22 points which would make all the difference. This is making me very worried.
that is true. To get clb level 9 one must get 7. 5 in listening.
Hope you will get through.

DEAR MEMBERS PLEASE ADVISE.

I`ve submitted my FSW application on November 30th, 2014. I realized later that I might be short in one point from the passing score which means I have 66 points and not 67 points.
I intend to improve my score by taking the IELTS again soon. My question is will I be able to resubmit the application again given the fact that the CAP is not full and 2014 was the last year that the CIC accepts applications for the FSW program?. Please advise.

Two days ago they have charged my credit card for the processing fees.

Thank you
it ll depend on ur luck...CIC received my friends app on 12.02.2015.. cuz it was their mistake regarding IELTS..and he successfully explained everything to them and they asked him to sent that packet again.. u can take it as exception..

Thanks Dr. Rohit. I just sent you a PM. Thanks a lot.

have you checked your spam mails? hope you havent erroneously deleted your PER. if your ECAS is live then its as good as PER.

cheers

The recent file rejections have been mostly because of job duties mis-match. Even applications sent through experienced consultants are also returned stating similar issues. Is this a genuine problem or a way to deny the applications to clear the backlog?

Dear Members,

I have applied for FSW on 15th September 2015. I have received PER from CIC.

Till now everything is going right. But today I received an email stating that my application has been sent to Warsaw Visa office.

I have mentioned New Delhi, as Visa office in my application. I am not sure why it has been sent to Warsaw office.

any one here has faced such situation. Please let me know.

Thanks
Because of the workload of NDVO, some files are transfer to other VO

Evidently, Speaking 8.5, Readying 7, Listening 6.5 and Writing 7.5 = 22 points!

If someone has 2 Master`s degrees, how this would affect their points for education?. I have considerable amount of years spent on education and especially graduate studies and then PhD studies. I have not completed my Ph.D. due to financial difficulties. I wonder how this is treated? Does anyone know, or have clear idea about this?

Thanks,

Dear expert forum members,

I am an applicant of 2011. I have already got PR visas with CORP. But I realized now that I did a mistake in my ADDITIONAL FAMILY INFORMATION FORM ( IMM 5406) where I mistakenly omitted one my brother's name. Now can I include my brother name? If yes, what is the procedure? OR at this stage if I take initiative to do this stage, can it make any difficulties?

Regards

Akash
