Hi,

I used the wrong schedule 3 form (2013-08). The latest version before submitting application is 2014-08.
The difference between two versions is that the length of working experiences cannot be less than one year in the newer version.

There were a lot of applications rejected for incorrect schedule 3 forms. Afraid mine would be rejected too.

What should I do? Any suggestion is appreciated!

Ps.... money was charged in jan 2015, but no per yet.

the fee is taken after the completeness check is done which also includes checking whether the correct forms are included.
I believe they may ask for updated form once the file id transferred to the local visa office. Cant be a reason for rejection at this point

should be medically inadmissible. Criminal background. Or misinterpretation ( providing false data)

hi just want to share.. got NER and missed 1 point due to education.. expecting 22 points(according to my agent) but CIO just gave 21 points... heres my WES... i got to degrees.. but i guess CIO only credited 1 =(

Hi. So sorry to hear the sad new. If only you had asked in this forum about posting all your document without your IELTS. Someone will have advice you not to.
My best friend who applied for FSW 2013, had his document returned 3 times before the closing date. Was only lucky to be charged when he was about to submit the fourth. He was more or less a mentor for me when I applied for FSW in 2014.

You could had paid money to IELTS to request for another exam certificate to be sent directly to CIO. IELTS does not send extra copy of certificate to individuals. Your initial document for 2171 could already be on its way back to you when you submitted the second one for 2172. CIO will not hold back any document(you send) waiting for you to send a new one(The instruction is: DO not send an application with incomplete document). They receive the whole package and send every thing back to you if incomplete. If you get IELTS to send another copy of your result to CIO, that will be considered as their copy. They will keep it as they are under obligation from IELTS not to release it to you. In this case, one can then write a letter to CIO informing them that IELTS sent a copy of their result to them.

My apologies to CIO, they are NOT idiots.

Please apply for Express Entry and get a mentor to guide you if you do not want to hire an agent.

By the way, My friend got his Visa in December 2014.

Dear Experts,

Im new here and i have a small doubt. I actually posted this in few other threads and i hope to hear from many experts as possible.

Am i right to say If someone's CC charged means that his application is complete and CIC officers has already checked the candidate's job description match to the 80% of the lead statement of the NOC and after checking that only they charge the candidate's credit card?

Is there any chance that the CIC officers will charge the CC first and then later they check the candidate's job description (JD provided by the company including the jobs he performs in the work) and if it's found that it doesnt match with the 70%-80% of the lead statement and so the candidate will receive a NER?

Really appreciate your answers in clearing my above doubts.

HELP NEEDED...GOT REJECTION LETTER WITH 2 YEARS INADMISSIBILITY

I am 2013 applicant...My time is as follows
1.application process started in may 2013 in NOC Code 0211(Engineering Managers)
2.got medical request in Dec 2013.
3.got physical Background check in April 2014
4.CIC sent procedural fairness letter in Sep2014 as they have doubt in my experience and some inconsistencies in my office.
5.Got DECISION MADE in JAN 2015. AND decision is

REJECTION LETTER WITH 2 YEARS INADMISSIBILITY. as per section 40(1)(a),40(2)(a) and section 11(1) of IMMIGRATION and REFUGEE Protection ACT.

seniors pls suggest...what should be my next step....
1.shall I appeal to same.
2.Wait for 2years

Major concern:- how could i remove my inadmissibility. could it be automatically removed after 2 years or i have to do something?Could it br removed before by some appeal.

Another Question:- and after 2 years will CIC count my work experience from beginning or have they made my work experience zero till date...?
