FSW 2014 Reject reasons

Just a little concern guys. Previously, my non-accompanying daughter's height was erroneously measured and stated in the GENERIC FORM at 137 cm.
Just few days back, I already got my PPR+Appendix A. In Appendix A, I wrote her corrected height at 125 cm and already submitted the docs on October 1. Will it not cause any issues with my applic?

I think they will accept your explanation as it's not a big problem.

On 05 Nov 2015, I have received mail from CIC saying they have considered my situation and have revised my DNA testing requirements accordingly. Feeling relieved.

I am a 2014 FSW candidate, my case was rejected for the reason that Medical request and PCC were not submitted on time.
Although the email from CIC never reached attorney .So my attorney had sent an email to CIC to reconsider the case as there was no fault on our end.This has been done on OCT 30 2015 and still now there is no reply from CIC .

Can you guys suggest the timelines CIC generally takes to reconsider ?

Nobody can tell you CIC timeline for reconsideration.
Just hope for the best and send reminder at least once
in a while.

Thank you . Attorney had sent twice email and nothing happened . So I applied for Express entry , however score is low that it would not get through :'(

Quickly fill another FEE PAYMENT form with cover letter and send it by
1.Post
2.Email via scanning
to CIC.Please use these 2 methods to carry out this urgent assignment.

Please in the cover letter:-
WRITE THE FOLLOWING
1.Your full name
2.Date of birth
3.Passport number
4.Nationality
5.Courier company name used and tracking details of parcel.
6.CIC staff that received it.

Explain the reason for taken this action and apologize for any inconvenience.

With this you have 50-50 chances of the sent documents being attached to your
file as completeness checks are not carried out yet on Oct applications.

OR

NOC 2172 has a positive outlook.You will be safe.
You can resend your application provided you have EXTRA original copies of
IELTS TRF & ECA report.

I have sent courier to cic about a month ago with payment receipt and other required documents. after few days ,I got message from bank that transaction is declined and whole money is refunded .then I raise webform to inform cic about declined transaction.but cic don't respond me.now my concern is that can I send new parcel with valid payment receipt,nomination and other required documents without returning old parcel. It is positive or negative for me..
