FSW 2014 Reject reasons

Dear expert forum members,

I am an applicant of 2011. I have already got PR visas with CORP. But I realized now that I did a mistake in my ADDITIONAL FAMILY INFORMATION FORM ( IMM 5406) where I mistakenly omitted one my brother's name. Now can I include my brother name? If yes, what is the procedure? OR if I take initiative to do this stage, can it make any difficulties?

Even PR status can be revoked.
Better consult a good immigration lawyer if you really want to go forward.

ecas becomes active approximately one week before getting PER.
Your PER is on the way.

I have a question regarding my birth certificate ...like my name is not written in column name (if any)...
coz name was not decided when that certificate was issued at time of birth... I want to ask that in such case ,CIC will send back file before PER or there is nothing to worry if have received my PER .

Same was my case. even my name was not written on birth certificate, but my father wrote my name after my birth. then got my BC translated and i successfully got my PER. Generally the purpose of your BC is to verify your birth date and nothing else. So i think you should chill.

if the problem regarding your documents happens after PER they will always give you a chance and a certain period of time to explain why and to provide supporting documents. They will never reject a file without doing this after getting PER.

my application received on Dec 11, 2014 under NOC 2113. No information and even my CC not being charged worried me. After my constant efforts for many days, today I finally managed to speak to CIC agent at call centre.
I was surprised to hear that my file was rejected and returned back on jan 07, 2015. Reason given "original transcripts missing" with file.
I hve couple of issues
1. Till date, even after 3 months I have not received my file back
2. My Credentials Evaluation Assessment (ECA) report by WES, Canada was very much there in my package and was attcahed with file.

Can anyone help me and suggest me on what can be done now???

my first file got rejected due to a credit card cancellation issue.they sent my file backin September which I haven't received do far.it happens.
And may I ask you if you had put copies of your WES or original and had you put copies of your marksheets and transcripts.
now you can apply for express entry which is the only way.

But bro, there were several cases reported here by fellow applicants who surpassed the PER stage. Then later got the update of DM on ecas directly without the medicals. Which technically means that their file was refused/rejected. I think all of those reported this case, never got a prior notice of email or anything by their local VO for any further explanation or supporting docs asked. Eventually, they got emails after awhile from the ecas update that they have been refused, with no chance given to applicant whatsoever.. This is quite unfair and discouraging situation, since CIC already granted initially and later stage at VO with just a press of the button to terminate..

that's strange and scary. I haven't come across any update like that.
once the file receives s PER decision they must be given a chance to prove the authenticity.
even people who failed physical verification of job got fairness letter to explain the situation.
can you clarify the situation you quoted. Like in which kind of cases?
