Are nov applicents included in pending applications? r they done completeness check for nov? i am nov 26th applicant for noc 2172. very tensed and confused as well. Pls need expert advice.

Completeness check will remain continue until December last week for November applications. This is what I read on this forum.

Current update on CC/DD charging & PER
Latest CC Charged: 10 October (NOC 4011 as per SS also got PER)
Latest DD encashed: 16 October (NOC 4011 as per SS also got PER)
Latest PER: 16 October (NOC 4011 as per SS)

Its unbelievable that DD encash has surpassed CC charge. May be some CC charges are yet to update entry in SS.

Yeah bro, even i'm shocked to learn that. I feel one thing that if the DD charging has reached for October 16 era then the CC charging must have reached somewhere around Oct. 25 because we all know that CC charging is instant compared to DD, which takes 7-10 for clearing & settlement. November era will be on in a week, i suppose.

MI means ministry of immigration. All November applicants are expected to get response by January 2015 first week onwards.

completeness check is done within 1 month of application date

I think November applicants will be charged next year. Enjoy the holidays!

Hi All,

As per DHL tracker, CIC received my application under NOC 2171 on 26 November 2014. Since then I have not received any reply from CIC. I am afraid that the cap for 2171 was filled by the time they received my application so they might not consider it however; I am not sure on this.

Now, if my application is refused then I want to go for Express Entry in January 2015 however; I have no information regarding my documents and current application. Can any one help me with how can I get my application status?? Second, if it is refused then when I would receieve my documents back??

I would really appreciate your replies and suggestions as I am really confused on what should I do and what not. I hope for your reply soon.

I am a November 19th applicant for NOC 1113 which unbelievably is the only occupation without a single application received either in the cap or currently in pending. Either my application has failed to pass the completeness test (hope not) or it's still waiting it's turn. I had my application checked and double before sending and all the forms were correct (again I hope). There is a lot of speculation about when an application joins the pending list with some on this site believing that all applications received by December 16th are included. Other users believe there is roughly one month delay between the application being received and going though the completeness test. Based on the above I believe this to be the case.

It might be possible that your NOC is very chill so they may put your application aside and they will look on later stage but before end of 120 days.

I'm Nov 26 applicant on 1113 as well. We are rare breed my friend.

It might be possible that your NOC is very chill so they may put your application aside and they will look on later stage but before end of 120 days.

capping is never an issue for this noc

Speaking: 6.5
Listinigng: 6

Am I still eligible to apply for FSW or not. Please comment as my all documents are ready and was just waiting for IELTS result

No way. Each band should be minimum 6.
