At this point can we say , completeness check for NOV 1st week or 2nd week started or completed ?

I personally think that 2nd week checks are done already.

MI means Ministerial Instruction. Dont misguide people.

MI means ministry of immigration. All November applicants are expected to get response by January 2015 first week onwards.

Since CIC's main focus is on September applications hence I'm afraid if November application are started for completeness check. However I personally believe that they should have started by now and First week application will be under their radar.

One of our forum member whose application date is October 31 has received back his file few days ago, which substantiates that the November completeness check has been already begun and must have reached somewhere around 3rd week. The charging shall begin from post Christmas holidays within this month end.

If that is the case then our (third week applicants) applications will be under screening at this moment.Good news!

but this member is of FSW2 category (with job offer),,so may be CIC gives them faster processing/higher priority than the regular applicants..what do you think seniors??

Well it can be mother india too. But the point in refrence to the group which is canadian immigration, so lets stick to something which me and u and everybody else are focusing on and thats a PR.
Nobody is trying to be a hero. Its just a matter of time that we all will be heroes once we get a maple leaf label on our passports..

So lets be positive
