Can anyone share the actual reference letter that they have received from their Supervisors or HR Managers?

What I m doing is tht I am writing the core responsibilities of every designation I ve worked on in my 9 years experience from HR Executive to HR Manager position. It makes the letter of 5 pages tough. :) but thts what they have instructed in their requirements.

You need to check if the responsibilities they have mentioned under NOC matches that of your HR executive post.

why do u need a consultant? They will just increase their bank balance and will not guarantee anything

This was our personal choice as we did not wanted to take any chance of incomplete package and had no time for arranging all affidavits etc.
They are doing everything for us.

Hi All,

I am not going to get any reference letter from my company, any idea what would be the alternative to this? Because i have known that reference letter is a mandate for application otherwise it will get rejected......

you can include job responsibilities that you might have got when you started your job.. something like an appointment letter

So far only 2 @pplications received by cic in 0112. Is it a good news or bad?

Use year of issue, 2007. The class before you most likely had theirs issued in 2006. All the best :)

Hi, you can get your supervisor or a senior colleague to issue you the reference letter in the same format as prescribed by CIC. Attach this person's call card and a cover letter by you stating that due to HR policy of your company you can't get a company reference but you have one from your manager who can verify your information and details. With this you are good to go :)
