Thanks pipis Husband :) yes it is a good news but still we cant afford to relax as over all cap is 25000 which means not every profession will be reaching its maximum rt?

Yes not every NOC will reach 100% as there are lot of computers or finance NOCs that might reach a cap of 1000. So fingers crossed fr all of us. Lets keep each othrr posted. As CIC has started working on 8th May applications now.

guys, please help here:

I have FIRST NAME AND MIDDLE NAME mentioned in all my documents except my passport and marriage certificate, where i have FIRST NAME, MIDDLE NAME and as well as LAST NAME.

same is with the documents of my wife too.

Please suggest what should i follow?

Should I go ahead with the information on my passport and tell them that I have a alias as FIRST NAME AND MIDDLE NAME as well. Do I need to show some documents of proof for name change.
Should I apply for change of name and attach the documents or there is no need to show any proof, just go ahead with what we have.

Please help here..

Hi friends,

I am working as an AM - HR for a large manufacturing company since the last 3 years. I work as an HR Generalist here. This is my first job. Hence, I would not be able to provide any reference letter.

I have done Bachelors in Management Studies and Masters in Management Studies with a specialization in HR from Mumbai University.

Do you think I should try for HR (NOC 0112) in Canada?

I would really appreciate your inputs :)

Hey Happy,
Even though u r n a generalistic role if ur roles and responsibilities match that of the NOC code 0112 then you can apply! Check

www5.hrsdc.gc.ca/noc/english/noc/2011/QuickSearch.aspx?val65=0112

But a reference letter mentioning ur roles and responsibilities on ur company letter head is a must!

My title was HR Executive but my job responsibilities match with Eligible NOC Human Resources Manager, does the title should be the same or responsibilities. (3.5 years of Exp with 48 hrs per week). Please advise should I apply or not

If someone is Human Resource Executive of a certain company and his responsibilities matches with NOC -0112- Human resources managers, then can he apply for new FSW 2014. I repeat his designation is Human Resources Executive. Does that NOC 0112 require only to apply Managers or Executives can apply also. Please Suggest.

Aziz there are set of designations mentioned under NOC 0112.
Please see if ur designation is one of those.
If yes, you can apply.

But for that you need arranged employeement right?

No there is no need for arranged employment.
Jus check ur designation if it matches with the ones listed under 0112 NOC then you can apply.

Can someone give me reference letter format???

@Aziz - reference letter shd be addressed to whomsoever it may concern.
It should have your detailed job duties (refer CIC website also but should not be exact match / change wordings), period of employment, full time or part time, ur designation, salary details if possible.
There is no specific format...

rather i have read on certain forums that if ur not getting reference letter frm ur organization then u can submit copy of refusal mail along with self attested job duties on plain paper mentioning ur organization is not ready to give u reference letter.
