My case officer is RK6165.

Many applicants here have called cic and have written emails addressing case officer. You can do the same. So they can know if there is any issue with their system. Follow this forum and you will know if somebody gets reply....

I will also send an email to CIC. What is the email address for CIC?
Good luck for us!

RFV received! :D hope same for may 30 DM guys. Sooooooo happy!

Hi buddy,

Can you please let us know if there is any update on the Ecas (5th line for example). When I asked one agent on the phone that I am worried that an email was sent and I haven't received it yet, he told me if any communication happened after DM, it should appear in the Ecas as an update.

Thanks all!

Congrats to you! My country was visa exempted until October 2012. Lol. Btw, where in Canada are you?
Oh that sucks, where are you from originally? I'm living in Calgary now.

Hi friends
I am also in the same boat
Decession made on 30th of May
I called CIC yesterday and a lady checked my file statius and told me that there is not any mail was sent to me and I should wait for it for about 1 month
My officer code is : DA20220

The same here, DM with no PPR

APP rec 4 NOV 14
PER 30 JAN 15
MED Req 16 MAR 15
DM 30 MAY 15
Agent ZS11947

Called CIC a lot with no info, just wait for 18 month advice

No PPR yet

I am not sure, but the language of the agents I called yesterday was like this is normal. One lady when I told her emails usually come before or just after DM, she replied confidently "not anymore sir". Another guy told me wait, I will ask a senior, and then he told me "DM on Ecas means that medicals has been received and checked, and based on this a decision is being discussed but not final, meaning that it is still in process.

I have a personal feeling that maybe they have "internally" adjusted the procedure recently which is why alot of people getting DM with no PPR. Still this is a good sign for us to not to worry as we are all in the same shoe.

I just urge everyone with DM and no PPR to write to Ottawa office and ask for an update. If there is a system glitch, they will recognize it from our requests.

It does not make sense.
I called CIC call center and an agent told me that the decision on my application is positive.
3rd line itself is medical report approval.

decision is being discussed is completely different to Decision has been made.

I talked to about 5 agents, two of them were lazy to talk and aggressive, two were polite and helpful but they can not speed up you application process, and I think one of them was not a CIC agent!!!!!!! She told me that you will be notified about RFV by ECAS!!!! :o :o :o :o

I think some of them are confused between express entry and fsw as on express u have ecas and another webpage include every detail and in that page u r really getting notified whenever an email is being sent.....

Sub zero, you have to realize sometimes that some of these agents do not have proper information or they're just trying to get rid of you. If you log on to ecas and click on the link that explains application status, you'll see that's exactly what the agent told you. A decision made is a decision made and I don't thinkour status would have been updated to that if they haven't come to a final decision yet, given how slow they are. There are quite a few of us who have had e-mails sent out on the 27th but were never received. If you already sent an e-mail to Ottawa regarding your case, then let's wait and see what happens. Btw, the only thing that comes after the 4th line is to tell you after you finish landing procedures that your application is completed and where you've landed (as per past forum members)

I think they have already made the decision for all the 8-10 applicants (or more) whichever were complete but they don't want to send out all the passport requests at the same time and would be sending it in batches.

That is another appreciated theory.
