Because I did not see throughout the application forms and the "CIC official guide 7000 for filling these forms" that we should mention if we have applied for visa for some other country and got rejected. For example in mine case I applied for visa in 2002 to UK but they refused to grant me visit visa because they said that I don't have sufficient funds in my bank account, but of course there is not stamp on my passport then there is not need to worry at all. CIC will not care about these types of tries to get visa.

CIC's background information form DOES specifically asks you if you have been refused visa to ANY country in the past. You should say YES and write an explanation about the refusal. Saying NO is lying/misrepresentation, which when found by CIC will get you banned from Canada for 2 years.
But, since you have already sent the correction, you don't need to worry anymore. Relax and wait.
