Alhamdulillah, just got the [size=10pt][size=10pt][size=10pt]PER Email[/size][/size][/size].

I would like to say thanks to everyone on this forum.

DD Encashed as per PER Email: 19th Non, 2014
PER Date:22nd Dec, 2014


Few things to mention for other members:

1. I sent an additional package (Birth Certificates) which was received on 4th Sep. I sent an email to CIC to ask for an acknowledgment for the package on 1st Sep. I sent a reminder on 1st Oct.

2. I got the reply from CIC on 19 Nov that they have match the additional package with my actual package

3. I checked with my bank on 10th Dec but they said it was not enchased till then.

4. But as per PER email, my DD was encashed on 19th Nov.

11 days remain for FSW2014 program to close!
In the months ahead most of the forum members will have gotten decision made on their applications (I pray and hope that all will be positive)
May be the thread will become less and less active as the time progresses (I am saying this after visiting 2013 thread)
Before it happens, I take this opportunity to say that everyone of you are great human beings. I see people starting here seeking help, and after some time, they become experienced and starts helping others.

I have a question based on FSW too. Now since fsw is not going to have an occupation list from Jan 1st. Will i get the extra 600 points under EE? Since

I have a written job offer , my profession comes under NOC B(3D Animator) and i have about 8 years of experience( 8 months in Canada) including a 1 year post secondary qualification in Canada with an ielts band of 7.5. Can anyone throw some views on this plz.

To get 600 points you need a LMIA from your employer. Only a written job offer isn't enough I'm afraid.

If I'm not mistaken, CIC won't charge for those anymore under EE.

I think that what most of the forum memebers have advised you is right that there is no need to inform about the visa refusal. Because I did not see throughout the application forms and the "CIC official guide 7000 for filling these forms" that we should mention if we have applied for visa for some other country and got rejected. For example in mine case I applied for visa in 2002 to UK but they refused to grant me visit visa because they said that I don't have sufficient funds in my bank account, but of course there is not stamp on my passport then there is not need to worry at all. CIC will not care about these types of tries to get visa.
