I have a question based on FSW too. Now since fsw is not going to have an occupation list from Jan 1st. Will i get the extra 600 points under EE? Since

I have a written job offer , my profession comes under NOC B(3D Animator) and i have about 8 years of experience( 8 months in Canada) including a 1 year post secondary qualification in Canada with an ielts band of 7.5. Can anyone throw some views on this plz.

Is your job offer supported by LMIA ( Labour Market Impact Assessment ). This is the requirement for getting 600 points for job offer in Type 0,A,or B occupations.

You should complete your education assessment and gather all other documents( birth certificate, police clearance from your country, and also from Canada, since you're living there now. Also collect job reference letter showing duties matching with your NOC code (from your non Canadian employer)

WHAT IS THE LATEST DD ENCASHED FOR NOC 0311

My application for NOC 0311 was received on 3rd Oct, DD still not encashed...

I called CIC yesterday to get my UCI # and the lady was nice enough to tell me that she could only see my UCI # on the system and no further updates were available at this time. I guess we'll be waiting for a while longer for DD and PER status to change.

When was your application submitted?

Recieved 8:20PM. DD encashed Nov 24..

Few things to mention for other members:

1. I sent an additional package (Birth Certificates) which was received on 4th Sep. I sent an email to CIC to ask for an acknowledgment for the package on 1st Sep. I sent a reminder on 1st Oct.

2. I got the reply from CIC on 19 Nov that they have match the additional package with my actual package

3. I checked with my bank on 10th Dec but they said it was not enchased till then.

4. But as per PER email, my DD was encashed on 19th Nov.

I analyzed the spreadsheet the other day, and computed PER time vs NOC category. As you can see, the PER time depends, for whatever reason, on the NOC category currently. But there doesn't appear to be any notable difference between the "0" NOCs and the others.

Moreover, the applicant said delay was caused because his WES package was not upgraded. He got PER 7 days after upgrading. So u can deduct at least 7 days from the actual processing time.

Having B1 visa does not have any special favorable impact on your Canada PR application

What people are concerned is about not mentioning a rejection of an US visa in the application forms and if that could lead to rejection if found by the VO. Having an US visa does not helps your process in any way nor harms it.
