The form asks for specific VISA type rejections ONLY. Most of the confusion comes on Visitor Visa and pls understand that USA and UK countries clearly classify full time student/work permit does not come under Visitor. Visitor visa is completely different and if some has applied for a visitor visa and rejected should surely mention. Give some time explore their official websites for more details. ex: travel.state.gov/content/visas/english/study-exchange.html

Read the question more carefully. The form asks if one has been denied any TEMPORARY or PERMANENT visa not just visitor visa. Pretty much all the visa types fall under these types, so there really is nothing to be confused about.

Hi All..
Does any one know by chance.. How or on what sort criteria.. the NDVO or Local visa office is issuing MR? Becozz.. I see the applicants who applied long back are still waiting for MR (however, not sure whether they have updated SS ) and others who applied later.. are getting MR..
My NOC is 2174.. while I was trying to anticipate the date for MR.. I couldn't able to understand the criteria under which the NDVO is issuing..
OR.. is it just like a lottery system???

Could any one of you educate me regarding this plzzz????
