I would like to say thanks to everyone on this forum.

Application received date: 29th Aug, 2014
DD Encashed as per PER Email: 19th Non, 2014
PER Date:22nd Dec, 2014


Few things to mention for other members:

1. I sent an additional package (Birth Certificates) which was received on 4th Sep. I sent an email to CIC to ask for an acknowledgment for the package on 1st Sep. I sent a reminder on 1st Oct.

2. I got the reply from CIC on 19 Nov that they have match the additional package with my actual package

3. I checked with my bank on 10th Dec but they said it was not enchased till then.

4. But as per PER email, my DD was encashed on 19th Nov.

I have sent my second application package via UPS (upon advice from forum members) and it is dispatched from Doha, Qatar on 18th December but I don't know that why it is still showing status that departed from operations facilitiy from Dubai since yesterday and even today it did not reach to Canada!

Whether it is already in Canada? And because of holidays in Canada it is till lying at airport office of UPS and did not mover from there?

What do you think that my second application will be delivered within this week to CIO,Sydney NS?

Hi Everyone,

Can somebody tell me the basic difference between FSW 2014 and Express Entry 2015 ? Is it mandatory to have an arranged employment ? I mean , for example if someone easily socores 67 passing marks as per FSW , then can he apply in EE 2015 , without any other extra thing like a job offer or something ?

I know, this is not a correct thread to post this , but still , as this is the most active thread , therefor I am writing over here ... Can somebody please tell me , if anyone knows ?

Yes mail to the same address. If you are using courier service then don't mention the PO BOX number. Good Luck.....

First of congratulations to you upon receiving the PER and hope that your next stages of the process will move smoothly and fastly.

Could you please explain that what did you write in the email message that you have sent to CIO to attach your additional document to your already delivered applicaton package at CIO?

Because I have couriered the revised IELTS document today to be attached to my first application that is already delivered to CIO on 15th December.

What should I write in email to CIO and what details should I include in the email? Should I also attach the scanned image of new IELTS result? And also should I attach the scanned copy of the barcodes page of Generic Application Form and the details of the courier through which I have sent the initial parcel of my first application? Thanks for your help and guidance and providing of the information about the procedure that you have followed and to which email address you have sent these details?

Hi,

I got my PER on 12th Dec. I have applied for PCC and it will be with me in next couple of weeks.

I have applied from London via Indian Embassy and local London police also. My family is in India and applied for her as well. Now address mentioned in her passport is different than current address. Still my parents are living on my old address in other state.

Do I have to do PCC from passport address ? I have mentioned my current address in application file., please advise.

Now when NDVO will ask me for PCC? then which are the next steps?

Please guide me, how long all steps takes to get therough. what will be the percentage to get through all positive after PER?

If you get PCC from Indian embassy for you and your wife then no need of any other PCC.
you must have PCC from all countries where you stayed more than six month. So in your case if you have London PCC and India PCC then is OK.

For your wife-
If your wife can get PCC from Ahemdabad then its ok. There will not be any issue
What is the problem if you try to get PCC from Pune. Because while applying PCC they ask for present address.
Please try to provide everywhere correct details. thats what is my suggestion

Many many congratulations and best wishes of the day.

So finally "khabar" of your "Piyar(PER)" has reached you as a gift of end of the year 2014.

Being in the same NOC-0113 as yours, what I can understand that it was merely a misconception/misunderstanding that CIO is treating applictionas of the NOCs starting with '0' in a "special manner" and that is why CIO is taking a longer time ! Which I think is not true ? If someone has some evidence contrary to that with source of information please share it because it might be helpful for me and others who have applied for this categories of NOCs.

I just made an anlysis of your case which took around 133-days after receipt of application.

Whereas the average number of days as per the Spreadsheet of this forum it takes around 111-days for the PER to be issued after receipt of the application. So there is a difference of 22-days.

Application Sent on 01 August 2014

Application Received on 11 August 2014

DD encashed as per email from CIO on 16 November 2014

DD encashed as per bank on 18 November 2014

PER 22 December 2014

You mean latest CC/DD charged for NOC 2132 is 12/09/2014 ie 12th - sep.
