In my case i dont have any travel history abroad???? but i dont know why they are taking so much of time as my draft will Expire on 4th Nov 2014

I on same boat, I could not find a reason for this delay, every one who is experienced say "every case is different" but this anxious wait kills ...

From where ever u send (any country) don't use DHL they don't deliver in Sydney area themselves I use UPS or fedex ;D Good luck

you have done the payment by draft or CC

you also need to send them copy of pdf that they sent you when they requested mr, rprf etc.

Hello Seniors,

I am 14th May 2014 applicant for NOC 2174. I received my PER on 22nd August.
My VO is NDVO. I have still not received my Medicals.

Is this situation alarming ?

Shall I send any inquiry to NDVO for my case ?


I have sent few additional documents for my US travel (currently in US) documents in September last week. Can that be the reason for delay ?

Please suggest.

Hi All,

I have just received the sad new that 2174 occupation cap is reached. I've applied in mid July but I never heard anything back.

1. Does reaching the cap limit mean that they have have already replied to 1000 applicants? or still they are in the replying process?

2. If that's finished, and lets say they haven't yet processed my application. Will they refund back the application fees? Or are these non refundable regardless if the application is processed and rejected, or not processed because is a cap limit?

They have replied or will shortly reply to the last few people who made it in under the cap.

Your CC/DD won't be charged at all, your application will be returned probably without being opened.
