Last I heard, FBI was processing Aug 5 applications, because of the new IT system they have in place.
my CC was charged second week of September and I'm expecting to get the PCC in November.
Mind you that I am in US regarding delay in receiving via mail.

Had a small query. I resent my application on 16th September and it reached CIO on 22nd September. I was thinking that my application would be fast tracked. However, I havent heard anything from them. The call centre doesnt connect to any agent these days and the Visa officer is not replying to mails. Any idea what needs to be done?

Mine is 28-July-2014 App received date. And i have applied under 2174 NOC. I see from the cic website that the cap of 1000 has been reached for NOC 2174. Question is will i be able to make it ?

FD258 form with all required fingerprints,
Payment Form ( if you are using CC, the CC holder should sign on the form)
Application Form ( Where you have provide the details of your personal history, and there you can find the Delivery address)

Well, I still need to submit my PCC for FBI... hopefully they will speed-up the process....

See My application received on 14th MAy2014 and till now i did noy get any mail from CIC

and even i did not get my application back physically.

My question is why they are not proceeding with my application till now if there was any problem with my file then it should come back till now .......................
SO what is the current status of my application.......??????????????


How can i know about it what they are doing as my draft will expire on 4th Nov 2014,,.........

My file is of 28th may, till date neither its returned nor I got any email from CIC..
I checked through again and again could not find a reason for rejection or delay.. but just one thing that is "travel History" .. I got a long travel history Is that same with you .. ? possible they are cross checking it ??
otherwise try to figure out what could be that thing which makes ur file different from others, and making it time consuming ..

In my case i dont have any travel history abroad???? but i dont know why they are taking so much of time as my draft will Expire on 4th Nov 2014

I was checking the link by sent in RPRF payment details in the link. It says:
"Fees are payable in Canadian dollars or Indian Rupees. Only bank drafts (demand drafts) or certified cheques are accepted; cash is not accepted for fee payment. The bank draft should be made for the exact amount and in favour of "Canadian High Commission" or "Receiver General for Canada" payable at New Delhi. "

At the same time there is this link which allows RPRF payment online
