Hello all, I have heard not all canadian banks accept "Demand Draft" made from local bank in Oman. Can anyone guide me on this please. Travellers cheque is also not available here in Oman, so i was thinking to make a demand draft. Awaiting reply. Thanks.

Hello all, No one is issuing travellers cheques these days here in Oman. So, can I carry a "demand draft cheque" as proof of funds? Cic web says: bankers draft, cheque, travellers cheque, money orders. Is bankers draft the same as a demand draft? Pls advice. Thanks

International travel validity is that ur pp should be valid for a min. of six months. But the ques is: if pp is renewed, will the visa need to be re-stamped in the new pp? Better check with ur VO. I am in the same fix...
