Do we need to forfeit fees if both files reach local VO? My husband has already applied and now we are in process of filing second application with me as principal applicant.. If both of us get PER, at what stage CIC/local VO will ask us to choose one?

1. If the additional doc is placed in the first app then your CC/DD will be charged/encashed for first application....

2. As soon as you get PER for first application, cancel your CC, that will prevent second application from passing the initial stage.

3. If your first application is rejected then it will not have any negative impact on second one.

If in step 2 you are unable to cancel your cc then you might get charged again and both the apps might be accepted. At the Local Visa office stage you can discontinue one of the application.

Is der anyne whose file was received in first week of june and got PER. Wat is the estimated time for June 6th file to get a PER (If everythng is found OK) any idea??

Even CC charging has not begun for June applicants but it should begin today.

For you, I guess you'll get PER within 2-3 weeks

After a long battle of 4 months finally dispatched my application.

will he get his package at his home with DD ? or at consultant office?

I also applied through Marconis....
Let me share my experiences.
(1) I have already submitted all the documents, then he takes 2 days for filling up the form. After that his manager wants to check all the form again, but after date he went to leave for 3 days. After 5 days consultant told me that it has to be verify from the main office then by this way I lost more 2 days just for sending it. After all these hurdle, consultant told me that provide all the scan copies than only we deliver your courier. I requested them to first send it ASAP. I will provide to next day. After 2 days when I ask them to provide me the docket number, he refuse to give me and told me that it will take 5 days to know the tracking number. When I ask again and shouted them he frwd mail from UPS guy which he has already sent to consultant on the same day....

It's truly demoralizing to check one's email and ECAS every half-an-hour everyday and not find the magic email or the status update.

In my life everything has gotten delayed - seems like this one will, too!

Mate, it should be there soon and I am sure there won't be any looking back from thereon.

My Application received by CIO on 8-May
CC charged 9-July,
PER received 13-Aug
London Visa Office, NOC 2131.
Admins please help in updating the SS as the URL is blocked in KSA.

i changed my job after i submitted my application.

so do i have to email my Visa office or i have to send an mail ?

also when i send the new employment letter should it also follow the format where i have to mention all my duties and responsibilities ???

Just received my PER alhumdulillah!!!!

Application received: 23rd May,
CC Charged : 5th Sept,
PER Received: 11th Sept!!!!

Can someone please guide me what's next in the procedure..!

Guys,

I have got the MR mail on 4th Sept 2014,was asked to send:
1. PCC for me and spouse
2. Medical for all
3. RPRF for me and spouse
4. Updated Passport Bio Pages

** in the meantime, I have my new passport issued (and in the application, I have got my old and cancelled passport no.), So I am sending new passport bio copies with affidavit to let LVO people to know about the same.Got my PCC on the new passport as PCC can be issued on valid passport.

Is that okay???

I am having the same case. Please advise.

1. what is correct address to send PCC (for NDVO) ?

2. Can i scan and send by Email or hard copy needs to send via courier or registered mail ?

3. Will PCC acquired in the month of May will be good to send or require fresh PCC ?

That is exactly the unfortunate scenario we are finding with almost all of the consultants. The more we talk of it, the more frustrating experiences with consultants are coming to light.

I feel so blessed to have not used a consultant and hope that all my friends on this forum also can escape these sad experiences especially when there is already a lot of anxiety and stress associated already with applying for moving to another country and then waiting and waiting and waiting for the final result.

Good news! I have received my PER on 12 Sep @ 2.11am.
NOC 1123
Application recd: 20 May
For info:
1. I have self-attested duties
2. I sent an additional package on 29 May (received at CIC on 4 Jun) containing left-out reference letter signed by my immediate superior, and acknowledged by CIC to have successfully matched with the initial aplication
3. I did not write my name on the space on consent and declaration on IMM0008 form but I signed it
4. I checked with HSBC on 2 Sept but DD still not cashed yet and about to check again today
5. I used tons of staples
6. I left gaps in history
7. I did not send mailing labels
