if your present company has acquired or bought out your previous company, then they should be able to provide your job details from that company as well. Coz in your case, its still continued employment. It can be in a single letter for each period of work in the letter, especially if the NOC's / job duties are different. If not differnet, then just mention single set of job duties for the entire 3-5 years in the letter.

You can draft the letter, which you HR/manager, can reproduce... and in that letter mention "working with us from start date .... (as part of acquisition from XXXX) and has held the following designations with following compensations and performing the job duties as listed below....

I have same case, and my HR obliged in giving me this kind of letter, without any issue.

Thanks a lot for information provided by you SAP. Actually My Situation is like Original Company Name is A, Acquired by B company. After company is acquired by B, The name on the letter head changes from A to AB. The B company has another company by Name BC. Now we are under the company Name BC.. so the Actual Company is B and it acquired our company A and name changes from A to BA and then we resigned from BA and join the company BC which is also the company of B. I think at that time HR told us that as this two company names are different so you have to resign from one company and then join the other company of the same company. please help Same Company has two different branc companies and both branch companies have different name and resigned from the 1st branch company and joined another branch company. in this case also the Referenc letter of HR of current company will be valid explaing the job and duties of my 1st branch company.

Hi All,

I have applied for the PR to NOC code of 2173 and application is received on 4 june 2014. i have not placed HR letter in document which is described all my jobs roles and responsibilities but placed all the Appointment letter, all hike leters and what ever i had from my company till now.

will it be a problem for processing my application as till now my DD is not encashed. please provide your inputs please.

Job duties are must if u have to claim points for that job... it can be either from ur supervisor or hr. You have posted this concern too late on this forum. But still you may get a reference letter stating ur job duties in each position held with period worked in each position in line with the noc u have applied. Working hours/ stating that u are a full time employee. Annual salary. With name contact no email etc of the person issuing that letter. Send that letter with a cover letter with a request to include new reference letter to ur original application. Mention ur all details full name, passport no. Dob country application filling date waybill number received by and received time etc. So they can easily identify u and ur application.
Send them a email today mentiining that u are sending additional docs through courior today also send new couriour details and send a scanned copy of ur new letter ( thiugh they dont accept dcuments sent over mail ) for their reference.

Dear all members,
This is my very 1st post and I will really appreciate if you please provide me some guidance/thoughts on the below queries:
I am 23rd May Applicant (NOC 2173). My credit card was charged yesterday (10th September). Please suggest:
- How long does it takes to get PER email once CC is charged.
- Are these the next steps: PER-->Interview-->Medical-->Passport (what is the duration of these milestones)
- How long does PCC takes from US. Shall I start the process now?
I am sorry if some/all the above queries were already answered earlier in previous pages. If yes then please share the page no# I can follow for these.

I am 12th June Applicant. My initial application was complete with all respect. Experience letter attached with the application fullfill all check list requirement.

However, i felt to more eleborate my job descriptions. So i got new experience letter with detailed JD. i sent those document yesterday and those will be received hopefully on Sep 19. Is this ok. will they consider these new documents.

Again posting : For PCC request, i have few queries

1. what is correct address to send PCC (for NDVO) ?
Address is mentioned in footer of the letter in which VO as for PCC/MR.

2. Can i scan and send by Email or hard copy needs to send via courier or registered mail ?
You need to send original copy of PCC via courier or registered mail.

3. Will PCC acquired in the month of May will be good to send or require fresh PCC ?
Generally PCC are valid for 6 months. Check if validity is mentioned on your PCC. If not you are safe to send if you obtained it in MAY.

4. Will VO send me any confirmation for PCC received ?
I don't think so any confirmation is provided by VO specifically for PCC.

where can I write the names in Hindi?? In the same tab where I writing in English or another form???

A additional sheet is advisable. On the top of the form it states "If additional space is required attach a separate sheet". What I did was created an additional document template which I used for all additional pages (wherever required). It made me feel more satisfied since the format was in harmony. In my template to keep three things standard Name on the top, Signature space at the bottom & date (I did read that in the guide).

There is no standard format for additional sheets; my personal belief is that they should be easily located to the original form.

P.S. There is no way of knowing if my way works since it's just been couple of weeks that my application was received.

You need to hurry up just as vind said. 4th June is round the corner and it will result in sureshot rejection without the job responsibilities. Get that from HR/supervisor/colleague asap and send the physical copy with complete reference to the previous package. In addition to what Vind said, also take a chance with faxing the cover letter for this and the reference letter.

The mail template can be on below lines as used by robsmann to attach his additional docs.

I would recommend to include following info also in your letter:
Passport #, DoB, when & who received your original application package.

Also, once you have sent the application through mail, send a copy of the same through email as well giving them the postal tracking details and expected ETA of arrival to them. I posted the email sent and reply received from CIO in my earlier posts. Please search by robsmann and see the emails.

Please let me know if there is anything more that I can do to help.

My all documents were in English except "No Found Certificate" for my husband and myself, as we don't have BCs.
These No found Certificates are in Punjabi which we sent as translated in English.

Lolzz after all such blunders I am just praying that I hear some good news.. I have a total work Ex of 10 Years and in my JD I have sent the responsibilities of latest position only
