My all documents were in English except "No Found Certificate" for my husband and myself, as we don't have BCs.
These No found Certificates are in Punjabi which we sent as translated in English.

Lolzz after all such blunders I am just praying that I hear some good news.. I have a total work Ex of 10 Years and in my JD I have sent the responsibilities of latest position only

Just a query; did you use documents which were translated (Hindi-to-English) e.g. Birth Certificates or some Education Certificates. (because I presume a CIC official wouldn't understand our native languages & if at all, it is simply used as a reference to our native language documents if any; otherwise it is kinda very very trivial.)

Don't be sad; I'm quite sure this won't at all be a reason for anything negative (although I personally am very finicky about these things). Best of luck; your turn is around the corner.

Yes u can change ....After getting PER and at local VO stage . send a CSE to NDVO...Attach ur employment scanned docs along with the PP showing the entry seal of US...

most likely he has not received PER yet as his reported charge date and PER date are identical, which is impossible

Dear senior members,

Kindly suggest.

At the time of application to NS CIO, I submitted my POF as fixed deposit certificates, which were getting mature in start of 6 Aug 2014. Then once my fixed deposit get matured, I had to renew them. So obviously new fixed deposit certificates has new number on them (Different from what i sent). I have already received my PER on 21 Aug 2014.


There is nothing to worry

Do you think this can create any problem? What should I do in this case, as PER says dont send documents unless requested.

IMM 5406 (Names in Native Language)

A couple of very helpful senior members have stated today the if we don't send the IMM 5406 with attachment on names in Native language; it isn't much of a concern.

I guess they are most probably correct. However I believe if CIC has asked for something one must not take any chances (I wouldn't).

where can I write the names in Hindi?? In the same tab where I writing in English or another form???

Guys....for PCC request
For sending PCC , i have few queries , Might be my questions may help few other guys in this forum.

1. what is correct address to send PCC (for NDVO) ?

2. Can i scan it and send by Email or hard copy needs to send via courier or registered mail ?

3. Will PCC acquired in the month of May will be good to send or require fresh PCC ?

4. Will VO send me any confirmation for PCC received ?

Entire package will be returned.... Currently as it is already known that app was rejected, so prepare new and send again all the documents with latest forms from CIC site.

That's what i heard too.

But his consultant was saying that after getting refusal email, you will not get your package back and not even DD too.

He wants to put file again and he was told that he has to do his DD again to put file again.

and this time he doesn't need to send entire package. This time he only needs to send the pending documents .

is that true ?

No, sharing is not fault.

File transfer is one of the confusing issue. File is transferred as soon as PER is issued. So you can say PER = File Transfer.

However, AOR means the sending file has been received by the VO. Some VO do issue AOR and some don't. From this year, New Delhi is not issuing. So if someone update File Transfer/AOR from New Delhi applicants, other applicants also get confused.

This is why I was asking confirmation from the applicants who update it in the spreadsheet. It is nothing personal - just trying to keep the integrity of the data in the spreadsheet.

Excuse me.. I think to share is a fault here. I have not given any wrong information to mislead anyone.

I got to know from CIO through email (on my query), that my file has been transferred to NDVO.
I have never said that i received the communication from NDVO.

You can delete my entry.. your wish.

In the spreadsheet, row no 216, username jrue there is one 29th May Applicant who has got the PER, is it the correct entry or some typo?

What pending documents ? "If he got a refusal email" as the consultant is saying .. it means that the whole package is refused and it will be returned to him soon.
If I am in his place, I will ask the consultant to forward the email to me to make sure if this is true.

I will ask him. But it was in Vadodara. I guess it is Marconis.

will he get his package at his home with DD ? or at consultant office?
