Yes, provide as much data as possible. Also asked him to write a letter addressing Review Officer, CIO, that you are his nephew, with your details like your father's (his brother's) name, his father's name, etc etc and that you want to migrate into Canada. Immigration officer put high weight for any communication from another Canadian.

One query. How your uncle able to go Canada without BC? With SSC certificate?

@ Century my Uncle is a Canadian citizen in order to take points I would require his BC but he does not have it, would a higher secondary certificate with his name and my grandfathers work as a substitute, and there are other host of documents which show his fathers name can I include them too?

He lost them while changing his house does he need to send the letter individually or should I send the letter with the application package.

1. Yes, you will have one year visa validity.
2. She only has to enter once and can return after getting PR. It may take around 20-day to get it. So, I don't think it will be hard to mange 20-day for her within 1-year to travel Canada.
3. If you don't want her to be accompanied right now, it will take long long time for sponsor.
4. So suggest to include her in the application.

Dear all,

1.I and my wife are intending to apply. As she is currently pursuing he studies, she may not be able to accompany me in case if my application gets approved. So can I give the reason of spouse not accompanying as "Currently pursuing higher studies"?

2. Besides How much time does she have, to fly once her visa gets approved? is it one year?

You can apply with graduation and in the covering letter explain that you are claiming points for graduation only and put a table for self calculated points.

I agree.

In My opinion, your work experience combined with your 21 points qualify you for applying. Here is the reasoning:

1. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/factor-experience.asp : Categorically only refers to the experience matching the duties as listed in the NOC and not the employment requirements. There is no reference made to the edu qualifications being in line with the NOC related employment requirements. NOC database is used for a wide variety of purposes and the employment criteria serve another purpose.

2. Even the NOC 0112, when it elaborates the employment requirements, states a) Bachelor degree, MBA OR a Professional development program in IR or Personnel mgmt. It leaves room for ambiguity calling for any program, not necessarily a degree. I believe any HR certification also qualifies, as long as you get the 21 points per larger eligibility criteria.

3. NOC 0112 also in the employment criteria, goes on to ask for several years of experience of relevant experience. An experienced consultant tells me that he has himself processed successfully many candidates who had relevant experience but an un-matching recognized degree like B.Com etc.

You must apply because if they start rejecting also based on the employment education criteria, then believe me, there a lot of people in trouble.
